Maire on teeninud noortepastorina Pärnus, peasekretärina Eesti Evangeelsete Üliõpilaste Ühenduses ning olnud EMK Haridustoimkonna projektijuht. Maire on abielus Miikaga ning neil on kaks poega. Priit Tamm has graduated from the University of Tartu. He has studied English philology, theology and communication management there. Priit was ordained as a deacon in 1995 and as a preast in 1998.
