The first public worship service of Keila Methodist Church was held in 1993. There is worship, prayer and preaching at weekly Sunday services in Keila Methodist Church. Twice a month there are Sunday school classes for children. At church festivals table is set with delicious foods. The church also celebrates some Jewish festivals, for example together with Easter also Passover is celebrated. On that occasion, people gather at festive dinner table and recall Jewish exodus out of Egyptian bondage and the sufferings of Jesus Christ.
